Nathan,
I dont think Legacy DDR (which is dialer map/dialer string) approach will
work without dialer map. The least you need to provide is dialer map with IP
to remote username mapping so router knows how to bind incomming call into
relevant routing information it has. If i remember correct that would give
you dynamic map entry under "sh dialer map", i might be wrong though, have
done it a while ago.
To get it even simpler I think Dialer interface approach is required.
