a dialer map without a phone # will work, also no
dialer-group or dialer-list. This way there is no way
this side can place a call. If remote calls it it will
connect fine and pass data. Only problem is without a
dialer-group and dialer-list the idle-timer will idle
out since nothing is defined to reset it unless you
have recent code and use dialer persistent feature.
