Hi,
I've been trying to do load-balancing on dlsw for the
past 3 hrs - no luck. Here is my scenario:
dspu(host)----R1---|--- |----R2--|--dspu(pu1)
|DLSW| |
|----|---R3---|--dspu(pu2)
R1 has DLSw peering with R2 & R3
R2, R3, PUs share the same LAN
dspu(host) initiates 2 circuits to pu1 & pu2
Task: Loadbalance such that DLSW circuits are
established between R1-R2 & R1-R3.
on R1, I configured 'dlsw load-balance round-robin'. I
even tried 'dlsw explorer-delay-time 3'... invain.
Initially, the 1st circuit is comes up over R2 and the
2nd circuit goes to 'CKT_ESTABLISHED' state over R3.
After 1 minute, the 2nd circuit is torn down. After 1
more minute, a new ckt is formed over R2. Ultimately,
both the ckts are formed over R2.
Am I missing something? Are there any timers I've to
be aware of? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
-Ted.
ps:
The network between R1,R2,R3 is as follows-
R1---serial-----R2-----Frame----R3
