Toris,

Thank you for your vote of confidence. My since of appreciate is very
warped indeed, but I will forgive your ignorance, because ignorance is
bliss. I will now go back and put my thumb up my ass and go teach the monkey
again.

Best of luck on your teaching and consulting.

Stan Zhang

Let me start of by saying congratulations to the Man, that just passed.

I think you all have some very screwed since of appreciation. I have
taught all over the world,
and consulted on some interesting projects.

I have watched lots of the seasoned personel, put out false information
or hord information, to continue
to feel needed. The CCIE cert is a great accomplishment, and takes
dedication, but the amount of experience
is a recommendation not a requirement. Regardless of how long someone
has been in the industry there are
still some that will not attempt to gain the cert because they aren't as
knowledgeable as they have claimed to
be. Funny how none of you listed your certs at the end of your
signature file. I figure you haven't attained the
cert and are just jealous (forgive me if I am wrong). Most of you have
probably voted for unions at one time
or another to secure your jobs.

No, I am not new to the industry and have been in here for 12yrs and I
was in the military. I don't believe
in people who have the experience but lack the knowledge. That just
tells me you know how to point fingers,
and play politics well, and you might be a good manager..... But, can't
fix anything, without requiring a conference
call. This gentlemen has probably provided you with answers to your
experienced questions! Back off, congratulate
and be happy, this started out as one big happy family.... and then
there was you! Glad he didn't work at your companies
he would have had a bigger obstacle, getting past you. As for those
managers/supervisors or even Sr/Lead engineers
is team player another buzzword?

Oh Yea
