Try and configure different VPI/VCI numbers on both sides of the switch.

interface atm 1/0/1
    atm pvc 0 426 interface atm 1/0/0 0 624

Do a "show atm map" and try to debug to see if packets are leaving the ATM
port or not.

On the LS1010, do a " show atm vc" to make sure if the PVC you created is
between the correct ATM ports on the switch and if it is UP or not.
