I have searched the archives and can find nothing similar. My problem is
that if I power up my rack at the same time using the power strips, I cannot
reverse telnet to my Cat 5000 getting a "Connection refused" message at the
2511 terminal. If I power down both units and power up the Cat then the 2511
while the Cat is coming back up I can sometimes connect ok, sometimes not. I
have never had trouble connecting my PC direct to the Cat.
Am I missing something really basic here? Below is part of the 2511 config.
