Can anyone explain the difference between the following and when one is used
vs. the other concerning Frame Relay Traffic Shaping?

map-class frame-relay demo
 frame-relay traffic-rate 128000 256000

Or
map-class frame-relay demo
 frame-relay cir 128000
 frame-relay bc 256000
 frame-relay be 0

I cant seem to find the difference between the 2 or when you use one vs. the
other anywhere?
