Hi all
I am configuring multicast PIM over NBMA,
R1 hub router , joining group 224.1.1.1
R2 spoke router,joining group 224.2.2.2
R3 spoke royter ,joining group 224.3.3.3
the status is :
R1 can ping 224.2.2.2 , 224.3.3.3
R2 can ping 224.1.1.1 ONLY
R3 can ping 224.1.1.1 ONLY
so the 2 spokes cant ping the join groups of eachother,
is there any issues for multicast over NBMA like ospf ?
thanks in advance

I would think that you should practice using only one window and jumping
between sessions. My reasoning is that if multiple telnet sessions are
allowed, then you can easily adapt (using multiple windows would be easier
for me). If it is not allowed, then you are already familiar with the one
window (Hyperterm) approach. It would be a bit of an adjustment if I had
always practiced with multiple telnet sessions, then in the lab I am forced
to use Hyperterm or only one telnet session.
My 2 cents,
Bob
