ip pim nbma-mode is only useful for pim sparse-mode. If you're using dense
mode, there's no way to get the hub router to foward multicast traffic back
out the interface it came back in. This is very similar to spanning-tree.
With sparse-mode, the hub router becomes aware of the different l2-l3
mappings, and will consider each of them seperately. With dense-mode, it
just won't work.
