Pete,
Looks like the file size is incorrect. I copied the exact image to a 2502 of
mine and got different results on the file size (see below). You might try
to download a new image from Cisco using a different method. I know if you
ftp a binary image in ASCII mode that the image will change size and become
corrupt.
