I think what you are enabling with the command:
ip rcmd remote-host admin1 222.222.222.222 wg1r1 enable

is allow user admin1 from the host address 222.222.222.222. and you then specif
y user admin1 when
you execute the command. You definitely do not have to have the username of you
r remote user
specified anywhere except in your

rcmd remote-host .... statement

and it will still work.
