I found the problem. I had the esi in the "atm address" on the switch the
same as the esi in the "lecs-address." No wonder the ls1010 was getting
confused!
My bridge partner will earnestly tell you that I have to make every single
mistake possible before I get something right. With the in mind, I did some
extensive LANE testing last night, making mistakes with every nuance of the
config and seeing what the effect would be. I'll publish the results to the
group after I get a chance to write them all down.
