Privilege Levels and Passwords

   Hi Guys,
   
   I'm trying to configure my router to allow differing access to
   commands based on Privilege levels, Usernames, Passwords, etc. Here is
   a sample config.
   
   
   username brife privilege 10 password <password>
   
   enable secret level 10 <password>
   enable secret level 2 <password>
   enable secret level 15 <password>
   
   privilege exec level 2 show run
   privilege exec level 10 sh ip route
   
   When I login to the console, and attempt to enter exec mode, It will
   only accept the level 15 password, none of the others work. If I
   remove the level 15 password from the config, and try to login, I am
   never prompted for one. How can I force users to login with differing
   privilege levels?
