That example should work since the hub router is using the main
interface. A 'sh ip int s0' would reveal that split-horizon is disabled
(by default) on the main interface. Thus, due to a lack of split-horizon,
there is nothing stopping a broadcast coming into the interface on one
dlci to be broadcast out the same interface on another dlci.

If the example used a single multipoint subinterface at the hub, then
you would run into the split-horizon issue mentioned in Caslow.
