CCIE SPv3 | ATM

Is ATM a valid topic on the CCIE SP v3 Lab ?

I was reading about the changes with regards to SPv4

It lists the following:

Topics removed from the CCIE Service Provider v4.0 Exam:
b" Describe, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot Frame Relay connections
b" *Describe, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot ATM connections*

However based on the SPv3 Lab Blueprint, I don't see ATM referenced nor
have I seen it listed in the Lab Workbook that I am going though.
