OTV Join Interface

Hello Guys,

Can OTV join interface be a VLAN interface (be noted this VLAN will not be
used as an overlay or extended VLAN, but its just to be allowed on the Link
towards upstream ASRs.

I am thinking to use OTV Appliance on a Stick and use F2 series line cards
to connect to my ASR routers (which do not have 10 gig ports)
