It's not included because its legacy, not because its expensive. We have tons of old ATM gear laying around if anyone wants to come pick it up for free ;)

However based on the SPv3 Lab Blueprint, I don't see ATM referenced nor
have I seen it listed in the Lab Workbook that I am going though.
