Fahad,

If I understood your requirements, there are couple of ways to achieve this.

1. You can track your service using IP SLA using icmp/udp from the routing
device or using RHI on F5. Add the track to the static route and then
advertise. Not scalable.

2. Advertise the prefix from the Prime and Sub Prime location after
tweaking the BGP/IGP parameters.Would be simpler with BGP, but achievable
with IGP as well.
