Hello Jeremy,

Thanks for the reply but what i was actually trying to find out is can
i book and pay for an exam say next week in Dubai, even if i have not
booked for the seat earlier within the 90days deadline as long as the
seats are available.

I think i saw it somewhere that it can be done with the new revised
R&Sv5 but not particularly sure though.
