Hello All,
Just want to confirm if an exam can be paid for if there are available
seats on permanent sites after the 90days stipulated time for payment.
i.e if there is an available seat now in Dubai for R&S i can go ahead
and schedule and subsequently pay for the exam, of which this doesnt
fall within the 90days payment deadline.
