GRE Tunnels Issue

Dear Group,

In need help in my implementation scenario like
We are implementing P2P GRE Tunnels from Head Office to Our Branches(20 Branches) over MPLS VPN Cloud.
For test purpose, we implement P2P GRE tunnel in ip mode from Head office with 2 branches but after that we are facing slow internet browsing issue(But not very slow). From Branch end Client to Head office Data Center, Ping response are very good but browsing is very slow. As we route traffic through MPLS cloud again mean shutdown GRE Tunnels then internet browsing better then before.
As i think may be the MTU issues with GRE but not sure. So need guidance to resolve this issue permanently.

Note: In HO we have Cisco Nexus 7k and in Branches we have Cisco 3750e Switches.
