Hi Mark / Shiran,

Thanks for the feedback. And, I could understand that it might be hard to
see the point, hence your expression of disagreement. I am fine with
that.

I just want to make a small comparison and if it doesn't make any different
to your opinion, then so be it. I respect that you can form your opinion
as you see fit.

The situation is similar to this:

[1] Cisco would announce the retirement of CCIE R&S and announce the
creation of new track name CCIE Data Communications.
[2] The lab blueprint would look like what should have been CCIE R&S
Blueprint version 5.0

I don't disagree that there will exist a group of people who welcomes that
and take it as an opportunity to get back to take a lab and hopefully with
one attempt pass and earn both the defunct CCIE R&S and CCIE Data
Communications and count it as two.

If I may just point out however that there also exists CCIE R&S holders who
otherwise can stay relevant had the name didn't get changed **unduly**.

With that said, you are always welcome to arrive with a different opinion
than mine. And, that's OK too.

If anyone is genuinely want to seek to understand the different side, I am
more than willing to clarify further.

Regards,
