OT: High CPU utilization due to TPLUS process

Hi.
Sorry for the OT.

It is 2 weeks that because of high CPU utilization due to TPLUS, our 7606
routers crash, and the only way to stop the process is reload.
I googled a lot and reached two results similar to me which none of them
was resolved:

Some times I see stuck users, but sometimes there is no stuck users and
TPLUS process is high. Although I closed the TCP connections using
different "clear tcp" switches, but I was not able to close the stuck users
sessions.

(c7600rsp72043_rp-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 12.2(33)SRB2, RELEASE

Have anyone faced such issue?
I'll appreciate if you could guide me through solving the issue.
