Yes.Frame relays are still used but mostly limited till PER's.
Even ATM and IMA is used :)
But its quite unlikely to run a ospf point to multipoint non broadcast over
any technology in reality :)
So you mean to say that Middle East is all Ethernet ?
But its known that few of the Emirates are one step ahead when compared
with other countries.
