 Having been to lab twice I can only agree with Brian. Obviously due to
 NDA I can't say too much but if you get that exam (which I did 1st time)
 then yes that could be the situation. Not all labs even contain MPLS so
 it's not difficult to have more points than MPLS.

 If it has more points than OSPF depends on if you count redistribution
 to belonging to OSPF or not but it's not an unreasonable statement by
 Brian.

 PfR is for real and candidates need to study it. Can you pass without
 it? Yes, absolutetely. But that would leave very little room for
 mistakes in other areas.
