Yes, VLAN renumbering is the obvious option but not possible at the moment.
I'm looking information about the two OTV VDCs scenario.

Simple idea: have you thought about vlan renumbering to get rid of your
overlapping IDs ? I remember some 6k blades are able to do that.
Also, if they are not that many, a cable could do :) Last, vxlan might be
your friend.
