OT: "Dynamic Load balancing or 802.1AX" in Juniper, something

Hi Guys,

Any one know where on Cisco's site I can get more info on "Dynamic
Load Balacing" or 802.1AX? I guess the feature in quotes is something
related to Juniper and want to find out if Cisco has something
comparable.
