I can dial 4501 directly from all the ip phones registered to R1

I make the call from 3333 to 1000 and then 1111 rings and then 1112 and finally gives me busy when he tries to call 4444

Hey Iam,
So, if you just dial 4501 directly, it does not give you a busy tone?
Can you include your sanitized configs from both this HG router and the far end you are trying to connect to?
