RSVP for Voice with LLQ

Hi, I am bit confused on how you configure RSVP for voice, when using LLQ. In
the 'CCIE Routing and switching Cert Guide' follows a method to disable the
RSVP's use of WFQ in the interface (with command: ip rsvp resource-provider
none) Cisco site cofig-guide (doco) says to enable WFQ on the interface with
'fair-que' and globally configure : ip rsvp pq-profile .. Please someone
clarify or help me with good document/ or tutorial which help me to solid
understanding of the RSVP. Thank you for help. Cheers paul
