OT - Re: Cloud vs The Internet Versus History

All of these seem to be targeted at the OS/VM/Hypervisor layer and North
with regards to provisioning. Does anyone have some recommendations for
the network layer. For management and monitoring? Or does each
implementation end up with its own APIs?
