MQC and 6509

Dear All,

Quick one , in the 6509 when we apply a QOS on an interface it applies the QOS
policy automatically in all the blades of that interface, is there a reason
for that ? Can I avoide that ? Is there any cheep alternative to 65xx to use
MQC, I'm only thinking of ASR1000 to act as a CE devise ?

It seems from the CISCO rev tool that MQC is not supported in any blades of
the 6509. I have checked but I found not hard to believe, could you please let
me know , if there is any blades that has a support of the MQC QOS style in
the 6509
