6748's have more supportablilty. but honestly anything labled 'Catalyst'
won't perform MQC as it is intended. Most Catalyst do hardware based QoS
using the dscp/CoS mappings, queuing, and thresholds. I have joked in the
past that doing MQC on Catalyst is like pounding a square peg into a round
hole. Save the frustration and do L2 QoS on Catalyst. I am sure there will
be some other opinions but mine comes with years of experience on this...
