We don't currently have rack rentals available, but as previously mentioned
both GigaVelocity and CCOnlinelabs do. From other students I've had passing
the SPv3 exam if you go through the material in our SPv2 workbook, go through
my ATC, and do all the examples that I do in IOS XR yourself you should be
fine. The vast majority of the exam is still regular IOS, all of which can
be
done in dynamips. We will still be adding rack rentals and a workbook but my
development schedule got pushed back so I don't have a hard set date on it
yet. Ideally it will be Q1 2012.

Thanks,

Have you a estimated release date for the CCIE SPv3 workbooks and racks?
