CCIE Service Provider (v3)?

I'm seriously considering this but does anyone sell workbooks and rack time
for the v3 blueprint? I've been to INE and IPX and I'm coming up empty
handed. I'm really not that worried about the IOS based platforms, my issue
is getting some hands on experience with IOS-XR.

Is INE or IPX (or any other vendor) going to support this anytime soon? Any
advice on how to prepare for this track?
