Internal QoS label may also refer to router's qos-group. After all,
that's also an internal QoS label.

I was talking about internal DSCP. There are many documents that refer
to it, you may want to read:

   "Cisco Catalyst QoS: Quality of Service in Campus Networks" chapter 6.
