Hi Guys,

Thanks for the response, it looks like that there is no way I can
import the 3.3 database to 4.1, is it correct? if YES then it means I have to
install 3.3 on a separate virtual server and then upgrade it to 4.1 and during
4.1 installation it will ask me to keep the existing database?

Thanks,

I just completed
a project where we upgraded 2 dozen of our ACS boxes Globally to 4.2, and then
consolidated them down and upgraded again to ACS 5.2. The steps are below for
your process.

1- Export your database
2- Install 3.3 on a clean server or
VM.(Or perform an inplace upgrade on your existing 3.3 box- not recommended).
3- Import your database
4- Install The mandatory upgrade paths, starting with
4.1.1.24. The upgrade levels are:
3.3 to 4.1.1.24
4.2.0 to 4.2.1
5- Uninstall
3.3 on your production box, and install 4.2.1. Import your database.
6- Done!
Good luck. It's pretty simple and straight forward if you stick to the
software platform upgrade levels.
