Thanks for your reply.
The error was solved, I found that the server which connect to the switch
was using 2 different card (one is 4x1Gb, the other is 2x1Gb). I just
connected 4 connections on the first card (4x1Gb) and remove the last
connection from the other (2x1Gb). I think the different type of Ethernet
card on the server made the problem.

Remove interface port channel config remove physical ports from
channel-group command , default those Ports back to blank interface
configuration..

Go back into the physical interfaces you wish to bundle, put in your
channel-group 23 mode active config... Create interface po23 and put in your
configuration again. Do a show run int g6/x to see if everything from your
PO was carrier into your physical port.
