Remove interface port channel config remove physical ports from channel-group command , default those Ports back to blank interface configuration..
Go back into the physical interfaces you wish to bundle, put in your channel-group 23 mode active config... Create interface po23 and put in your configuration again. Do a show run int g6/x to see if everything from your PO was carrier into your physical port.
