That's their whole culture dude - they cheat, reverse engineer ipad's, steal and do anything to TRY and get ahead... make fake Apple stores in the open,
Make fake cisco gear, Let bribed ex-Generals build high speed trains that crash (every 3 months), built by poorly trained engineers (who probably cheated there too)
I could go on and on...
They even have killed 1000's of babies with poisonous fake baby milk and people in NYC have told me about fake EGGS! (WTF!!!)
So knowing this - does it surprise you they would step over each other to scam some company's little test???

I applaud you Joe!!! You have the attitude and mindset of a true
CCIE!!!
No shortcuts and anyone that considers it should not deserve the title.
I totally understand where you are coming from as I myself failed my
first
attempt a month ago. Just keep on pushing forward (on the correct path)
and at the end you will be a much better person and it will show in your
work and more so to your peers. CCIE is a exam but CCIE is also a
community.
