OT: need help in wan router selection..

Dear all:-
             i need some guidance in a Cisco router selection.i want to
terminate internet bandwidth approximately 700 MBPS and also apply ULR
filtering with NBAR, bandwidth shapping, bandwidth policing and collect
Netflow statistics.can 3945E provide to support my requirements??

when i go through datasheet of the 3945 at link""

the document says The Cisco 3900 Series enables deployment in high-speed WAN
environments with concurrent services enabled up to 350 Mbps.

when i see the white paper of the performance review

document says that 3945 supports 800+MBPS

please guide me that 3945 router appropriate for my environment????
