IP Base supports basic routing functionality - statics and EIGRP Stub. IP
Services supports full routing functionality - EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP.

The difference between any 3750 and 3560 is that the 3750 supports
StackWise/StackWise+, which allows you to stack the switches together and
manage them as one. The 3560 is a standalone switch, so it doesn't support
stacking. The new 3750X platform also supports StackPower, which allows you
to stack the power supplies together to create a common power pool for the
switch stack.
