ios and switches model doubt

please, can i get to know the the difference between ip base ios and ip
services ios,because am a bit confused. in the doc, it was been indicated that
ip base ios support only static and rip, but on the switch, you see more that
that. also what is the big difference between 3750E and 3560E switches,cos i
have not been able to seen any big difference in it. for if there is no big
differnce in 3750 and 3560, am thinking of getting a 3560 for a project than
3750 base on the cost
