I'm assuming this was working before and,
1. The issue can be recreated
2. Not all voicemail/emails with Attachments are failing
3. You need to ensure UC is sending the proper email message format to
smarthost, or the smarthost or SMTP Relay is somehow changing/updating the
format.
4 In order to gather additional info you will need to enable SMTP traces in
UC, leave 3 messages in a row and gather the traces
How to enable UC SMTP Traces
Enable SMTP traces (Connection Serviceability > SMTP (all levels) )and set
an external email address as the relayed address; then leave 3 test
voicemails.
To gather the traces with RTMT go to Trace and Log Central > Collect logs >
Connection SMTP Server
5 Post trace results so we can review
