Unity Connection Problem with Lotus Notes

Hi All

Our customer faces a problem about Unity Connection (7.1.3) with Lotus
Notes. When someone left voicemail to DN, the UC will send an email with
attachment to Lotus Notes. Sometimes, the email server receives the email
with attachment. Sometimes the email server receives the email, but the
attachment (wav file) is in the body of the email instead as attachment.

Does this problem related to UC or Lotus Notes, does anyone face this before
?
