Config replace works for me also, but with few issues. This does not clear
up the vlan db (that's a manual process of clearing it and then running the
config replace, with a reboot in the middle), some times you have to run the
replace command few time to get the correct sequence of commands it has to
perform. Outside of that works really well on the 2800 with 12.4.20T code.
