The level of customer service at Cisco has dropped off precipitously over
the last 5 years or so. The goat rope of TAC is a nightmare, the only saving
grace for Cisco is that Juniper is actually worse. I deal with both of them
quite
frequently and have noticed the decline over time.

        I see you still believe that there is a Tooth Fairy. How do you
measure the bottom 5 % ? The cuts have NOTHING to do with Job Performance it
is all about the Stock Price. These Managers will fire their Mothers if they
are told to do it.The Brown Nosers are the ones that survive.

I might suggest you talk to your Mgr and see what he has to say about your
roject and its importance in the mix of projects that your group has to
eliver..You can also inquire where you stand in your group..Thats about all
e can tell you at this time..It may give you a better peace of mind ,
