By the way, I strongly recommend to you use a CACHE to save as much as
possible starve your 100Mb uplink.

>> Dear Experts,
>>
>>
>>
>> I have recently joined an ISP who is about to start their DSL services in
>> a
>> region. They have taken a 100MB line from their upstream service provider.
>> For the DSL setup they have purchased Cisco 7206VXR (NPE-G1) router to be
>> used as the BRAS server along with DSLAM devices. Also they have a public
>> IP
>> block of /24 for customers who will require a static public IP address.
>>
>>
>>
>> I have never worked in a service provider network before and in order to
>> setup the device I need some assistance. The Cisco 7206 has 3 gig
>> interfaces; one is terminating the Internet line. I need to request for
>> assistance in configuring the device to provide DSL services to its

>>
>>
>>
>> What I want to do is to assign private IP addresses to the DSL customers

>>
>>
>> If anyone can provide me a sample configuration guide or a website link
>> for
>> reference to setup this type of network, I will be really grateful.

>> Thank you in advance.
