Hi Ahmed,
I had worked configuring BRAS but using Nortel and Juniper ERX platforms.
But I find the Cisco doc for you.
But before, I wish to give you some advices:

   1. Why not start using IPV6 instead of Private IPv4? Depending on your
end-user devices you can do it.
   2. Don't forget to use a Radius for user activity tracking. I will
recommend to you Steel Belted Radius, because is completely focused in this
segment. You can use it for billing and accounting.
   3. Almost everything should be hierchically configured under profiles,
and the way to say users is "subscribers".
   4. Don't use more than 3 or 4 Qos' profiles. Platinium, Gold, Silver and
   Bronze.
   5. Use a system to control and limit, bandwidth eaters applications, like
Peer-to-peer, ftp, smtp and so on.
   6. Create an ACLs to avoid intra-user traffic without processor control
due to CEF. As example, your users sharing the same subnet can be routed
directly, avoid it. You can check it using Microsoft file sharing system.
   7. Create a Virus + spam checkpoint exiting your network. Otherwise you
will pay to the rest of ISP for useless traffic.

You will find, an example of BRAS config at this link:
