Hi,
Not an expert in terminal server but am trying to understand you. Would want
a simple interface that users will connect to without doing much.wouldnt
know if term server can give me this including remote desktop to servers.

Customer wants a simple unified platform(for routers, servers and IP Phones)
that will allow users on training to have access to each of this device.

Have you explored the option of using Terminal server? You can connect
the asynchronous ports to the console ports of the lab devices. Most TSs
allow reverse telnet connections to devices connected to their
asynchronous ports. Each async port will be associated with a protocol
port #, so if you telnet to the Terminal Server IP address and specify
the appropriate protocol port # for the async port that you want, that
connects you to the async device which is connected to that port.

TS Ethernet = 10.10.x.x
Async 1: port 3000
Host Sw1= 10.10.x.x 3000

I hope this helps.

The challenge I have with access server, is that it will give a console
access to just one user but in this case

I need it to give a telnet access to different users at a time, remote
desktop sessions and this should be a common interface.
