UNIFIED PLATFORM

Hello Expert,

I have a customer that has a lab environment for its employees for practice,
this includes lots of cisco router,switches, ip telephones, call managers,
vmware infrastructure and some servers that run on linux.

They want a management interface that can be used to access all these
devices so users gets to the lab environment, clicks on an ICON and they see
all

the devices in the LAB.which they can access by just clicking on an icon say
a router and they should have access to the console, if it's a server, they
should click and have access to an remote desktop view.

I need a Solution that can unify these devices unto a platform, not too sure
whether Cisco has one. I know about Access Servers, but is there a better

Solution. would really appreciate.
